P.S.
Notice I am choosing to ignore the fact that the Cougs lost. We fought a good fight - Go Cougs!
Quote of the day. . . and other randomness
“Computer games don’t affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we’d all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive music.”
I read this today and thought it was funny. Too many people blame TV, video games, the media, or the Internet for not raising their children properly. :)
Well, whether it's global warming or just a weird year, we are having strange weather here! Snow, hailish stuff, and since when was it below freezing in the TC at the end of March? Mr. Harry Bounds from KNDU said we hit a record low this morning at 26 degrees or something equally absurd. Is it spring or winter?
I took little Miss Rylee out birthday shopping on Friday. Silly Aunt Darcy had her days mixed up, but, oh well, she got a present a week early. It was fun, and she finally picked out a My Little Pony baby of some sort that was slightly annoying (it blows its nose) -- sorry Casey and Tiff. :\
Corey, Clara, and Nora came over for dinner on Friday, and that was fun. We watched Enchanted. I love that movie. :)
Anyway, nothing too exciting, more later.

Webmaster extraordinaire
I am very excited because I am just about finished with the website I have been working on for Corey's non-profit organization MEJORC, which stands for Managing, Executing, and Joining Opportunities for Rural Communities. Through its programs and resources, it aims to create a better life for people in rural areas of Peru. Anyway, I pretty proud of the website; I created a new design, revised the content, and coded most of the pages (some are still in progress). . . and all in Notepad. Very high tech, I know. It will be launched this week officially.

He's rolling his eyes
Wade is rolling his eyes. He said he doesn't like blogs and 'does not wish to participate in this silliness.'
We are having a dinner dilemna. I bought clams at Yokes last night. Little did I know, you are supposed to unwrap them as soon as you get home. Otherwise, they die. . . little did I know that they are ALIVE?! Anyway, after much debate, we decided that the poor little critters may not be safe to eat but are extremely disappointed that we are missing out. I guess it's better than spending the evening regretting that we ate them.
Wade decided Tillamook huckleberry ice cream is an acceptable substitute.
